From our first conversation to the final gallery, we want the experience to feel as good as the photographs. We’ll guide you through each step of the process, from planning and timeline support to helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
On the day itself, we keep things relaxed and intentional — offering direction when it’s helpful, but leaving plenty of room for the real moments to unfold. Afterward, we carefully curate and edit your images before delivering a gallery that feels like a true reflection of your relationship and celebration.

It starts with a conversation.
We set up a relaxed consultation call where we can get to know each other and hear more about what you’re envisioning for your wedding day. It’s a chance to talk through your plans, answer questions, and make sure we’re the right fit.

then we make it official.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract for you to review. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and a 25% retainer for services is received.

Now, we start to dream.
This is where things start to get fun! We want to learn about the inspiration behind your wedding and the atmosphere you’re creating. Working with your photographer should feel creative, collaborative, and exciting.

Let's spend some time together.
For couples who’ve chosen our Estate or Weekend Collections, we'll have an engagement session! This is a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera, spend some time together, and take some beautiful photographs of the two of you before your wedding day

we’ll get to know the venue.
We like to visit your venue ahead of time to explore the space, consider lighting, and thoughtfully plan locations for portraits so everything flows naturally on the wedding day. If you’d like to join us for this visit, we’d love to have you there.

As the day gets closer, we’ll make a plan.
You'll receive a detailed questionnaire designed to gather the remaining information we need to create your timeline. We’ll schedule a call to walk through your timeline together and ensure everything is planned so the day unfolds smoothly.

And then, it’s finally time!
The day you’ve been planning is finally here! Our goal is for you to feel relaxed, beautiful, and present while we document your day.

Your preview gallery will include a selection of images so you can relive some of the magic right away! Your full gallery will be delivered in the following six to eight weeks - a curated collection of images that tell the story of your wedding day.
